- We need a "good file". Very clear.
- Do not sign the document.
- The document has to be ready to sign. No blank spaces, like prices, dates or whatever. Just the signature space and signature date. If there are any blank spaces, you must be able to fill them out at the notarization session.
- Only for Remote notarization: the signer has to be an "American person", meaning has to have ID + Social security card + US Address OR a credible witness with those, that can, under oath, state that knows the signer.
- The document has to be in PDF format.
